The department has the best infrastructural facilities with spacious and well furnished Seminar Halls, class rooms, tutorial rooms and laboratories and teaching aids like OHPs, LCD projectors and charts. All the laboratories are very well equipped and managed by well trained and experienced laboratory technicians to impart the best practical oriented training to the students .The department has a spacious library with reference and borrowing books to specifically cater to the needs of pre final and final year students. Top priority is accorded to regular technical seminars, orientation programs, expert lectures, workshops and institute sponsored projects.

The per capita electrical power consumption of a country is an indication of the advancement in civilization. The demand for electrical power is rapidly increasing by the minute and not by the day. This ever increasing demand for electrical power has opened new vistas for Electrical and Electronic engineers. Developed and developing countries are exploring all possible ways and means of generating electrical power to meet this ever increasing demand. This eventually has lead to a large scale employment opportunity for Electrical Engineers. A fine blend of Electronics and Electrical concepts in this branch has resulted in producing electrical engineers with a wide range of acceptance in the employment arena.
Department of Humanities will enable students to enrich their language competence and communication skills. Orienting them for the real life situations where the fluency in English is a must is the aim of the Department. To achieve this task, activities like Thought of the Day, display of important news paper clippings, essay writing compititions are conducted to understand the English language and its intricacies. That is how students can become confident and fluent in spoken and written English.
The field of Civil Engineering is basically understanding the mother nature and applying the common sense. The nature teaches the birds to build the nest, honeybee to build its bee hive, termite ants to build their own termitarium. All these are built using naturally available resources and are stable and durable. They can withstand the natural calamities like earthquake, rainfall etc and serve to the occupants efficiently.
