Chameli Devi Group of Institutions promoted under the banner of Maa Charitable Trust (MCT) has initiated to promotedeserving and needy students who are not awarded Scholarships/Financial aid of any type from Government / Non - Governmental Organisations. These candidates are eligible to apply for financial aid in the form of Tuition fee concession from Chameli Devi Educational Fund (CDEF) as per the rules of CDGI.All those who have registered in third semester and above classes only are eligible to apply, subject to following conditions:

Income of the parents, from all recognized sources, shall not exceed Rs. 1.20 Lacs per annum which has to be substantiated by an income certificate issued by competent authorities,
The students shall have passed the immediate previous examination in first class.
He/she should have put in at least 75% attendance in their immediate previous semester.
He/she should not have involved, directly or indirectly, in ragging either in the campus or outside.
He/she should not have been caught for malpractices in University exams.
He/she should not have been reported by concerned HOD for any misbehaviour either in the class/lab or in the campus.
Such of those students who are availing financial assistance from any other source are not eligible.

Admissions will be made strictly as per Government Norms.

Transfer Certificate (in original)
Affidavit (for change in name/surname/gap).
Character Certificate (from the Principal of the institute/school last studied).

Admission Form

Application form is available with the Institute’s office from 10:00 AM to 4:40 PM. The candidates can download the application form from the website of the Institute.

Syllabus

Detailed syllabus will be provided by the Institute to the admitted candidates. Syllabus can also be downloaded from the university website.

Issue of College Leaving Certificate

College Leaving Certificate (C.L.C.) will be issued to a student only after course completion and clearance of all dues towards the Institute.

Anti-Ragging Policy

Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited on or off the campus; and guidelines issued by the University and the Supreme Court dated 17th May, 2007 will be followed to initiate action against the guilty student/s.

Jurisdiction

Any dispute pertaining to admission, fee or refund shall be the subject of the jurisdiction of Indore, Madhya Pradesh only.

Corporate and Professional Attire

The purpose of Dress Code in CDIPS is to uphold the professional image of students and to prepare them for corporate world.

Dress Code for Boys (All weekdays except Saturday): Navy Blue Trouser, White full sleeves shirt and Black polished shoes.

Dress Code for Girls (All weekdays except Saturday): Navy Blue Trowser and White Shirt with Black polished shoes or Navy Blue Slawar and Dupatta with White Kurta and Black polished shoes.

Dress Code for Wednesday: In order to promote corporate culture and let the students have corporate feel, CDIPS students are allowed to wear smart casuals on Wednesday which includes Jeans, CDGI T-Shirt and matching sneakers.
