Rules

• Library will be kept open on all working days of the institute.
• Library working hours will be from 8.00 AM to 4.40 PM.
• Books are issued for a duration of 15 days to students and for one semester to faculty.
• Students have to return the book on or before the due date, failing which Rs. 2/- per day per book will be levied as fine.
• Books will be re-issued in case it has no demand from other students.
• Journals, magazines, newspapers, question papers, syllabus copies will be issued to students and staff for one day only. Delay in returning such documents will entail a fine of Rs. 5/- per day.
• Library membership account has to be renewed each year by students and staff.
• Library has open access facility to enhance the use of documents.
• Any damage caused to the book after borrowing will be the responsibility of the borrower and has to be made good by the concerned student or staff.
• Silence and etiquettes should be maintained within the reading room and reference section.
• The periodicals section subscribes to 54 national and international journals apart from technical magazines in various domains.
