Our EC final year student Mr. Prakhar Chaurasiya (0832EC171026) (AIR-9237, Score-340) has qualified GATE-2021 Exam.
Mr. Husain Dhariwala, Mr. Mayank Kesarwani and Mr. Prakhar Chaurasiya of Electronics and Communication Engg. Second Year students with mentor Mr. Vikas Bhujade had participated in regional level Line Follower robotics competition conducted by Robotex India – National competition at School of Computers IPS Academy Indore on 20-04-2019. The team secured second position with cash prize of Rs.10,000/- in this regional competition and qualified for national level competition to be held at Ahmedabad

Students of Electronics & Communication Engg. Department along with Mechanical Engg. Department students designed and developed the robot for the ROBO WAR event in CITRONICS-2018 techno-management fest.
Students of Electronics & Communication Engg department developed a racing DRONE in CITRONICS-2018 techno-management fest.
Robotics workshops are conducted at different schools under techno-social awareness program during 2016-17 even semester.
Students of EC Department have decorated the department under the event "Inter Department Decoration Competition" during 2017-18 inter department competition, and secured 1st position.

"The Drishti”: Online Contest was conducted at our Institute Campus on 22/11/2017 and 23/11/2017 by Texas Instruments India University Program in association with EdGate Technologies Pvt. Limited, for the students of EC, CS and IT branches. It provided an opportunity to the students to showcase their technical skills. A total of 123 students had appeared in the test. The test was of one hour duration with negative marking. The students getting highest score are as under:

Mr. Ankit Pachouri from EC Final year presented a Research Paper in an IEEE International Conference on Current Trends towards Converging Technologies (ICCTCT) at SVS Collage of Engineering, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu dated 01-03-2018 to 02-03-2018 titled “Study of Properties of Attraction of Water with Hydrophobic Surfaces” (Paper ID- 6139).

PRAKALP -2016:
WIPRO has organized a national level project competition as PRAKALP-2016, for north region at MIET, [MERUT Institute Of Engineering & Technology.] CDGI students has participated in project competition, In this project competition 25 teams participated from Maharatra, Punjab, Gujrat, Hariyana, Utter Pradesh, West Bengal and Madya Pradesh. From 25 projects 5 best project were selected by WIPRO judge from 5 best projects 2 projects are selected from CDGI INDORE, The following students of EC Dept won northern zonal competition:

KALINGA: Three students from EC Dept, Karan Singh Sengar (CS III Year), Raj Singh Sengar(EC III Year) and Neeti Chourey (EC III Year) have participated in Project Innovation Contest held under International Conference Of Distributed Computing and Internet Technology at Kallinga University (KIIT) Bhubneshwar And they secured First Position.

Rajnandini Mahajan (EC 4th Year), has won 2nd Prize of Rs 5000 in Quiz- O -Tainment Reloaded on 19 September 2015 at DAVV University Auditorium, Indore.
Students of EC department has decorated department under the event "Inter Department Decoration Competition" on 17 October 2015 and secured 1st position.
Mr. Nikhil Rao (EC-final year) secured 13 position in the event Inter Nodal Level College Cross Country (12.5 Km Running) Competition 2014 among's 54 players from various colleges organised by JIT, Borava.
Mr. Priyesh Sharma with 93.78 percentile and Mr. Dhawal Joshi with 89.98 percentile from final year have been qualified in CAT 2013 examination.
