An Overview

Management Department has designed and enriched the curriculum framed by academicians, professionals, corporate experts keeping in view the present dynamic business environment. An efficient and effective manager or worker is the desired output from a B-School. Developing a learned person who has firsthand experience of managing expectations is the prima face role of the B School and Institute-Industry interface helps in achieving the desired outcome. The department takes multiple initiatives to meet the expectations for the said objectives.

Teaching Pedagogy

Management Department believes in imparting quality education to students by providing value additions in the form of Case studies, role plays, related software studies, live projects and assignments, industry expert talks, seminars and workshops.

Guest Lecture

Guest lectures are arranged in each semester for the students wherein they get the opportunity to interact and learn with the industry experts.

Industry Visit

Frequent industrial visits are organized by the department for practical exposure to production, operations and functioning of other organizational departments.

Summer Internship

Internships serve the best medium of providing the desired platform for students to learn and adapt to the industry requirement and understand the expectations of the budding managers. The curriculum supports the implementation of the internship after completion of second semester of the MBA program.

Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC)

The cell actively organizes seminars, workshops and competitions to welcome business ideas and develop an innovation spirit among the students.
