Dr. Abhay Tambe

Dr. Abhay Tambe is currently serving as Associate Professor in the Department of Engineering Sciences and Humanities (ESH) at Chameli Devi Group of Institutions (CDGI), Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Dr. Abhay Tambe is an academician over 17 years of experience in Physics. His research interests encompass design the Optical sensors for the detection of various impurities in potable water using optical fiber based on SPR, LSPR and fiber grating. He has published research papers, 1 book chapter in reputed international journals and conferences.

He has completed his Master of Science(M.Sc.) in Applied Physics specialization in LASER & Optical Fiber, from S.G.S.I.T.S.Indore and Doctor of Philosophy(Ph.D.) from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore under the guidance of Prof. (Mrs.) P.Sen(Professor D.A.V.V.) and co-guidance Prof. (Mrs.) S.Kumbhaj(Professor S.G.S.I.T.S.Indore).

Dr. Abhay Tambe is member of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers(IEEE).Apart from this he is serving as potential reviewers of various research journals are as follows:
