About Virtual Labs

Virtual Labs is a project initiated by the Ministry of Education, Government of India, under the National Mission on Education through Information and Communication Technology (NMEICT). The project is coordinated by IIT Delhi.

CDGI is a Nodal Center for Virtual Labs, providing students with access to high-quality simulation-based experiments that can be performed anytime, anywhere.

Objectives

  • To provide remote-access to simulation-based Labs in various disciplines of Science and Engineering.
  • To enthuse students to conduct experiments by arousing their curiosity and learning basic/advanced concepts.
  • To provide a complete Learning Management System including web-resources, video-lectures, and self-evaluation.
