Program Educational Objectives (PEOs)

Graduates of the program will be able to:

PEO 1

Become competent and engage themselves in professional activities by applying technical and managerial skills to plan, design, construct, operate and maintain building environment as well as infrastructure.

PEO 2

Pursue higher studies and carry out research and development in civil engineering.

PEO 3

Adapt themselves to different roles and responsibilities and demonstrate leadership qualities in all working environments with respect to professionalism and ethical practices.

Program Specific Outcomes (PSOs)

At the end of the program, students will be able to:

PSO 1

Design, analyze, investigate and construct all aspects of civil engineering infrastructure, along with a sound knowledge in basic science, mathematics and technical communication.

PSO 2

Get motivated for continuous self-learning of all engineering practices and pursue research in advanced areas of civil engineering to serve the society.

PSO 3

Understand the ethical requirements of the profession and the necessity for lifelong learning to participate in all civil engineering activities.
